AUTOMATED cell to load/unload machining stations for engine block

This line is one of the lastest supplies that Iruña has built. The design, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning has been carried out by Iruña.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LINE

Automated input conveyor-roller system:

•   Engines blocks are paused and stopped
•   Datamatrix code reader station
•   Micro percussion printing station

Automatic loading/unloading on the available machine center:

•   OP10 takes place on Spindler 1
•   Intermediate stations
•   OP20 takes place on Spindler 2

Robot takes the block from the machining center and places it on the output conveyor.
