CARRUSEL CASTING LINE
This is a fully automated gravity line to produce turbos. In this line we have implemented the automation of the whole process. The line main components are :
-dosing furnace
-carrusel with 4 stations
-extractor robot
-cooling tunnel
-sand collector conveyor
-decoring machines
-cutting and deburring cells
