ASSEMBLY STATION FOR BIMETAL BRAKE DISC
This is a fully automated line to produce brake disc. These discs have the base of iron and the cover of aluminum. Each of them goes into the cell through 2 different input conveyor. They go through different machining station to finally arrive to the ensemble station. By induction the cover is heated and placed inside the base. And we have the disc completed.
