HEAVY ENGINE BLOCK

This is an automated cell to ensemble different sand cores for heavy engine blocks. The workflow of this cell starts on the output of the sand cores shooting machine. There is a manipulator that takes the sand core and places it on the entrance of the pallet conveyor.This installation works with different references of parts and different pallets. In the first station there are 2 deburring robots. In the next station there is a handler robot that takes the sand core from the conveyor and places them on the assembly table station.To finalize, the second handler robot takes the package, inmmerses it in the painting tank and puts it on the entrance of the oven.
