BRAKE DISC

In the entrance.

A handler robot takes the brake disc sand core and immerses it on the painting tank. After the drained is finished they are putted on the oven’s entrance.

In the output.

The brake discs go out in a line of 4 parts. According to the reference the puzzle the robot has to draw on the thermoconform tray is different. The robot has a laser in its gripper to measure the distance to the tray to ensure a correct colocation of the brake disc.  The thermoconform trays are on pallets that are moved on motorized roller conveyor.
