Machining process

04

Machining automation for iron and aluminum components.

At Iruña, we have extensive experience in manufacturing and commissioning machining lines for components such as brake discs, flywheels, subframes, and more. Each line integrates the required processes adapted to each product, including drilling, screwing, assembly, and others.

Inputs and outputs

We automate part loading and unloading processes using vision-based bin-picking systems, regardless of the shape or flatness of the product.

Automated machining lines

We integrate any machining process while ensuring proper part manufacturing: machining stations, turning, grinding, and more—always adapted to the specifications of each component.

Assembly machining lines

We also integrate assembly stations using the technology required for each process, whether through heat systems, pressure systems, or adhesive bonding.

Quality control

We implement part inspection systems for the final verification of the product, including dimensional, sonic, and nodularity checks, among others.

Final packaging lines

Finally, we carry out automatic part palletizing, ensuring the required cycle times and formats. We arrange the parts according to the specified layout while ensuring the product is never damaged.
