A finishing cell utilizes a rotary table for the systematic loading of parts, where a robot precisely picks and positions each component in front of fixed tools. This arrangement enables various finishing operations such as cutting, machining and deburring to be carried out with high efficiency and accuracy. Equipped with configurable tool stations, the cell can handle different parts as well as finishing requirements and processes. It also includes monitoring software that enables real time corrective actions.
