In many of our applications, it is necessary to develop surface inspection systems to identify defects and separate OK and NOK parts. We identify and classify defects such as pores, cracks, burrs, or core breakage using vision systems, mainly 2D.
These systems use deep learning technology and a self-learning process that allows them to autonomously identify defects without the need to pre-program each one. This reduces commissioning time and makes the cells easier for the end user to operate and control.
