Gravity
We design, manufacture, and commission gravity aluminum casting lines. Our solutions include gantries and carousels with robotic feeding for multiple mold stations, furnace systems, personnel safety systems, cooling tunnels, and post-casting finishing lines.
Low pressure die casting
We supply robotic systems to operate alongside low-pressure machines, including filter change systems, core loading into molds, part extraction, water cooling tanks, and conveyor systems for part removal.
High pressure die casting
We supply robotic systems to work alongside HPDC machines, including press and automated deburring stations, core loading, part extraction, water cooling tanks, and conveyor systems for part removal.
